Funny,
yes it is a whole other story with the digital revolution. I remember taking extra care with my favorite cassetes. not playing them to often, making extra copies, days and days of dubbing with freinds, blanks and postage, max points etc,etc. seem to have been obliged, perhaps supersticious, about never fast forewarding a show.

Now I can't remember the last time I listened to a tennesse jed, might as well, don't ease me in, day job, saint/sailor, Mexicali/uncle or any of my other less than favorites. Converseley you could listen to every single peggy o from 1977 without much effort, if you wished.
